Excellent service.
I got two new tires for my caravan with a current DOT code. Six other tire dealers were unable to do this.

You buy a new car from Audi, along with four new winter tires, and make an appointment at Reifen Pfaff in Huzelgrund. So far, so good. You arrive for the appointment, and then the owner (Mr. Wissel) tells you, "No," he makes a pronouncement (tires not purchased from him will not be mounted) because he doesn't know where the tires came from. I'm laughing my head off; arrogance personified.
