The staff is incredibly helpful, responsive to their customers' problems and requests, and tries to do everything they can to meet their needs. Everyone is very friendly and works very conscientiously and quickly. I'd be happy to come back. I'm always happy to entrust my car to the team at Gummi Berger in Porz-Wahnheide!!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

A very nice company; the employees are very friendly and point out minor issues – I think that's great. They're very helpful and courteous. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is excellent because you really get good service here.

Excellent service; they did tire changes, wheel alignment, and TÜV (vehicle inspection) preparation here. The TÜV preparation was even included at no extra charge since the tire change and alignment were done at the same time. At times, there were three of them working on the car: one removed the old tires, another mounted the new ones directly onto the rims, and the third checked the car's condition. All in all, it was finished in 45 minutes, including the wheel alignment. The tire price was almost the same as online, perfectly reasonable. The total price was also perfectly acceptable.

The aluminum rims on the rear right and left of my car were damaged during tire fitting while changing tires. I can't recommend this company. Naturally, they didn't acknowledge the damage. The company argued that the damage was already on the rims.

I've been a regular customer here for two years. I've always experienced excellent service and top-notch performance. All the staff are helpful, very friendly, and competent.
