My husband was there yesterday and was absolutely thrilled.
I saw a 1-star review here and I can't understand it.
His company car had a screw in the tire and it went flat; the tire had definitely seen better days.
They even tried to find a spare tire from their used stock to get the car running again, but unfortunately, they didn't have any spares, which is understandable.
So, they immediately ordered two new tires – two new tires per axle, as everyone knows.
Today at 12:45 pm, I got a call: the wheels were ready for pickup. The service and the mechanic were both very friendly and solution-oriented.
What more could you ask for?

I think one star is too much, but there's no other option. The woman behind the counter is incredibly unfriendly. The mechanic couldn't get a word out. I definitely won't be going there again; thankfully, there are other companies in Falkensee where you get friendly service.

Thank you for the friendly and competent help. It's even more annoying when a tire goes flat on vacation. Unlike at another garage, we weren't turned away. The problem, a faulty valve, was quickly found.
